Our Principles
We Strive for Zero harm: We believe that all incidents are preventable.
No repeats – All necessary steps are taken to learn from incidents, audit findings and improvement notices in order to prevent reoccurrence.
We shall apply the mitigation hierarchy of controls for all hazardous impacts arising from our activities and services.
Simple Non-Negotiable standards: Safety, health and environmental non-negotiable standards and rules are consistently applied throughout the company.

RCC activities are conducted in accordance with accredited management systems; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all relevant legislation and applicable requirements in the regions where we operate.

The ultimate responsibility lies with the Managing Director who is the Chairman of the Board of HSEQ Committee. This committee will ensure that the organization is guided and resourced to enable implementation and continual improvement of the HSEQ management systems.
At all times, we are guided by global best practices in all our activities.

- 100% annual compliance of HSE management review meeting.
- 90% annual compliance of emergency mock drills.
- 90% annual compliance of HSE inspection and audits.
- Closure of all internal/external audit and incident investigation recommendations within the stipulated time frame.
- 90% average Hazard identification card to be reported by each department from their total staff.
