RCC nigeria - homepage

Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Our vision in RCC is to use sustainability as a management approach, in which decisions are made based on a combination of economic, environmental and social priorities and concerns.

RCC is contributing to local communities in many ways; we believe that by doing so we give back to ourselves. Describe how RCC is contributing to Local Communities in bullet point with links to pictures or projects We believe that we as one of the leading construction companies in Nigeria have the responsibility to change our decision processes so that it takes care of environmental and social matters.

Our goal is to make sure that the next generations will enjoy our effort for a better, cleaner and healthier world. We know that the road is long, but we must walk the talk and focus on our vision.

"In a few decades, the RELATIONSHIP between the environment, resources and conflict may seem almost as obvious as the connection we see today between human rights, democracy and peace" Wangari Maathai (1940 - 2011), environmental activist, first African woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in 2004.

Good deeds day

On the 16 of March our workers and their families visited Abuja zoo. As part of our tradition, once a year we in RCC Company, contribute to a chosen community.  This year we decided to rehabilitate the Abuja Zoo - we painted the benches, the fences and fixed Birds’ Nests.  In addition, we donated larger cage for better accommodation of the “African Eagle”.
We believe that by educating our children with the culture of giving we can make a better world.
